Can one booking combine several services?
Yes — that’s the normal case. A car from the UAE to Riga is sea freight plus customs plus a car carrier from the port; a pallet order from Spain to Latvia may need storage for a week in Murcia first. You describe the move once and get one price for the whole chain.
Which services do you run on your own trucks?
Vehicle transport (open and enclosed car carriers) and FTL/LTL road freight (tautliners) run on our own fleet and vetted partner carriers under our dispatch. Sea and air legs are booked with international partners, with the road legs and customs handled by us.
How fast can you collect?
On scheduled lanes — Baltics, Germany, Benelux, Iberia — usually within the week. Dedicated trucks and urgent moves are priced on request; tell us the deadline in the form and the quote states a collection window.
What’s included in a fixed price?
Everything needed to complete the move: fuel, tolls, ferries, transport insurance under CMR, loading and unloading, and any customs documents you asked us to handle. No surcharges added afterwards.
Do you handle one-off private jobs, or only businesses?
Both. Private owners moving one car — bought abroad, relocating, importing from the UK or UAE — get the same carriers, photo reports and fixed price as our dealer clients.
Is cargo insured while it’s with you?
Yes. Every load travels under CMR liability with transport insurance, and vehicles are photo-documented at loading and unloading. Details are in our insurance terms.
